The season is upon us and this year the Roughrider track campaign kicks off the 2009 season by travelling to Vermillion to compete in the SF/SC (Bob Prince) Indoor meet on Tuesday, March 24 at 5:30 p.m. in the Dakota Dome.
Refer to the 2009 Meet Schedule and 2009 Practice Schedule for event information. The parents meeting will take place on Monday, March 9th at 7:00 p.m. at RHS. Athletes and parents will be provided with information needed for the upcoming season.
The Roughrider track & field team enters the 2009 season with high expectations of continued success. Coach Wagoner, coming off a sensational season with the XC program takes the helm as the new Rider Track coach. The Riders graduated a number of stars but a host of prospects return to provide a strong nucleus for 2009. These athletes provide the talent and depth to meet all challenges and achieve success.
